Went this morning at 3am I was put in room 123, the room was infested with bed bugs you see them crawling every where! We talk to clerk he told us no refund and we could get different room.... was very dirty and I had only been there a hour...
This is the worst place to stay. They have bed bug. We was ate up in that nasty room. We call front office and no one would come to our room and HELP. Insects all over floor. Dirty sheets. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I am here to work after a hurricane and this was the only room available. It smells horrible like rat pee and cigarettes. I found rat droppings on the counter. I am 4 hours from home and have nowhere else to stay. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this place. If I ever come back down this way and this is the only room I will buy a tent and sleep in a parking lot somewhere. Do not ever stay here.
Not the Ritz, though the staff is pleasant and helpful. My stay isn't the typical one, given it's due to Irma, though I can't complain. Many will make the mistake and pass this place up, we aren't here for vacation, we are here for shelter, so this weekend this is our Ritz.
An experience a 5 star can't give.
While fleeing the hurricane, any old Port in the storm will do. Reasonable rates, cable and WiFi. I'm good.
