This company is so disorganized. They misquote prices and fail to ship in a timely manner. There is no attempt at rectifying the situation and the customer is just expected to deal with it.
Absolutely horrible!!
Solid wood cabinets shipping was with in the 5 to 7 day promise and they were 22% cheaper that other companies

I ordered some cabinets from their "retain person" in St Pete FL. Because I have no experience with cabinets i asked them to come measure the kitchen to be sure everything fit properly without issue. They came and measured everything, then contacted me back saying it would be X amount of dollars, and assured me everything would fit properly and took payment in full. This way totally not the case! Once they were all installed half of the draws didn't open, handles would not go on because they would hit other cabinets, and everything was out of wack. There were no end pieces or dishwasher trim pieces even though they knew i had a dishwasher. At this point the blame game started "that person designed it" "program doesn't work right" blah blah blah. Come to find out i was sold cabinets i couldn't even use, and even though they designed the kitchen and told me what would work and what i needed they refused to take back their cabinets. In order to get what i wanted i had to buy more cabinets! During the second order being shipped to me one cabinet was damaged, and i was assured the replacement would be shipped out the following business day. That was 2 weeks ago. The money i would have saved was used to buy cabinets i didn't need and paying installers to come out 4 different times, for what should have been once!! Horrible service, and once they get your money they don't care.. I cant get anyone at headquarters to return my calls! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE TO BUY CABINETS!!
David A. Futch. We are a wholesaler of fine cabinets. We do not provide to consumers. Since we supply to dealers we supply to customers who know the cabinet industry and how to assemble and install cabinets. You obviously are a consumer instead of a normal Matrix customer and probably should have bought from a dealer who could provide (at a cost) the service you desire. We have tried to respond with kindness and regard to your request. Please refrain from using our website to vent your frustrations due to your lack of knowledge about this industry. We invite you to find a dealer in your area or we can help you locate one. We found your feedback to be obnoxious and not contain any information fruitful to this business.
The major let down was the lack of instructions, guides, pictures, diagrams, videos specific to the cabinets we purchased on how to assemble the products. What should have taken 2-3 hours build for the 5 cabinets ended up taking all day due to the lack of instructional material. As we are on a tight timeline to finish this build out we took the time over a holiday weekend to get the cabinets built and in place. If time were a luxury, we would have sent them back.
The cabinets are good quality made from 'real' wood not particle board.
Our kitchen remodeling process started about a month ago. I debated on painting our existing cabinets or going with new ones. Our contractor showed me pictures of the Matrix cabinets and we decided to go with new ones. Since then we have received damaged cabinets and currently still waiting on a facing on one of the cabinets that was never painted from the factory. We are now into week 3 of waiting on a replacement piece.My contractor has been calling and emailing. I have started calling and emailing Matrix because this one piece is holding up the entire project. Everyone I talk to says they will look into what it going on but so far nothing has been resolved. I can't finish a project that was only going to take a couple of weeks. I am so frustrated at the lack of concern from Matrix cabinets to get a piece sent to me that was damaged to begin with. This will not be the only bad review I give them.
